Two principal passes in the following subjects: Economics, Accountancy, Commerce, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Agriculture, Geography or Advanced Mathematics. If one of the principal passes is not in “ ” Advanced Mathematics an applicant must have at least a subsidiary pass or a minimum of D grade in Mathematics at O-Level.
Nini maana ya "Principal Pass"?
Kwa mfumo wa TCU, "Principal Pass" inamaanisha kupata alama kuanzia 'A' mpaka 'E' kwenye somo husika la Kidato cha Sita (A-Level). Alama ya 'S' (Subsidiary) na 'F' hazihesabiki kama Principal Pass.
Points za TCU hutolewa hivi: A=5, B=4, C=3, D=2, E=1. Ili kujiunga na masomo ya Shahada (Degree), mwanafunzi anapaswa kupata jumla ya points 4.0 au zaidi kutoka kwenye Principal Passes zake mbili kuu zinazohitajika.
